howardcundey.com is the only local property website where potential buyers can find floorplans, aerial view, location map, a gallery of photographs and a downloadable pdf brochure for almost every property.

As well as our website for PCs, we are one of the very few agents who have their own iPhone and Android phone free Apps - so on-the-move buyers can see all our properties for sale on their mobile phones.  We are proud to have won prestigious industry innovation awards for these Apps. 

4  The devil is in the detail

We understand that presenting your property well is vital to achieving the best results.

We will send you draft property details to check before we go 'live'. We produce floorplans for the vast majority of properties and these are displayed on howardcundey.com,  zoopla and rightmove; and on our paper brochures.

Floorplans, aerial views, good photography and mapping ensure buyers know a good deal about your property before they arrive at the door.

But we won't hang about. We normally get properties listed and a brochure printed within just a few days.
