EPCs, Floorplans and High Quality Photography
From essentials to enhancers, you can benefit from our range of in-house services to accelerate the marketing of your home. With everything under one roof, selling or letting your home with Howard Cundey couldn’t be easier.
With some minor exceptions such as listed buildings, every home for sale or let requires an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Our in-house dedicated energy assessor Thomas Fretwell can produce an EPC at a time to suit you and is qualified to ABBE Level 3- the highest qualification in this field.
We can also produce coloured floorplans using advanced software, either 2D or 3D. Having a floorplan means that prospective buyers already know the layout when they come to view so they help prevent unwarranted viewings.
To achieve the best price we believe great presentation is vital. Making your property stand out really can mean a difference to the price you receive. That’s why our staff have received photography training enabling them to produce the right images as part of our standard service. And if it’s needed then as part of our tailored service we can arrange for a professional photographer to photograph your home.

Client Confidential Service
We appreciate that, for a variety of reasons, you may wish your home to be marketed discreetly. The Howard Cundey Client Confidential Service has been developed specifically for those needs and we are able to tailor our marketing so that only pre-qualified purchasers in a strong buying position are introduced to your property. There is no for sale board, press or internet advertising, and we are happy to conduct all viewings.
Having an empty property to sell can bring concerns about security and maintenance especially if you live at a distance. Let us help by holding keys and conducting viewings. By arrangement we can also conduct the regular inspections that are often demanded by insurance companies.
We realise that for some agents once a sale is agreed they simply move on to the next one. However our service doesn’t stop there. A member of our team will be dedicated to your sale and will work on your behalf to ensure the sale is progressed efficiently. This includes liaising with all parties in the chain such as solicitors, surveyors, financial advisors and other agents.
This is an integral part of the Howard Cundey service and allows us to keep up-to-date with the progress of your sale, communicate with you on a regular basis and to steer a path around any pitfalls along the way.
