The Board recognise that every business decision made is done so with their customer in mind.  This doesn’t just mean those who buy, sell and let through us, it also includes the community in which we operate, suppliers we work with and even our staff.

We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for the hard work and dedication of our staff.  That’s why the Board at Howard Cundey are committed to providing training and development opportunities to all staff, as well as recognising and rewarding individuals for outstanding achievements because happy employees lead to happy customers.

In 2014 the Board launched Howard Cundey’s Core Values to shape the future of the business and to help define our culture and conduct to our external customers. These Core Values underline our work, how we interact with our customers as well as each other, and really sets us apart from other agents. These include:

I’m heavily involved in the firm’s day to day business activities on daily basis all of which keeps me extremely busy. It’s brilliant to have rewarding day to day contact with property owners, developers, landlords and tenants. It is a complete team effort across the board and a pleasure dealing with our dedicated staff and valued clients. We are constantly working to maintain Howard Cundey as a forward thinking business with a reputation to match.

Outside of work I love nothing better than spending time with family and friends, riding my motorcycle in trials competitions or driving my track car at race circuits



I started in Agency in 1988 working for various corporate and independent firms in Residential Sales, Financial Services, Lettings and Management. This has given me a unique insight into the property market enabling me to apply the best practices to the way we work.

Marketing, Social Media Group operations and training are my main focus, and in early 2015 we opened our very own training facility dedicated to staff development.  This is an achievement I’m incredibly proud of and it’s great to see both individuals and the business grow as a result of this facility.

We have a great team and work ethos at Howard Cundey which is reflected in the high standards of service we offer.

I am proud that we are sponsors and supporters of the Air Ambulance and being actively involved with our local communities. Outside of work I love nothing better than spending time with my two boys and friends and following my football team Spurs
